How long does shipping take?

We ship USPS or UPS from Los Angeles, California. Shipping takes 2-7 business days inside the USA. Expect 5-15 days to the rest of the world.
Do you offer discreet shipping

Yes. All of our packages are sent in unmarked boxes.
Do you ship international?

Yes. Shipping costs may vary between countries, therefore, we ask for a $49 minimum order for Europe (excluding UK), Asia, and Australia.
Do you ship to the UK?

Yes, $20 minimum order.
What is the return policy?

You may return UNUSED products that don’t meet your requirements.
What if my order is wrong or an item arrives broken?

If an item arrives to you broken or incorrect, first DO NOT USE THE ITEM. Let us know within 7 days and we will pay the return shipping and issue a full refund or exchange.
